Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Talent Management to lead and deliver enterprise-wide Talent & Organizational Development programs.
Manage end-to-end delivery of Talent & Engagement programs
Lead multiple concurrent initiatives across leadership development and learning
Track KPIs, milestones, and program performance metrics
Partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or related field (Required)
Minimum 5 years of program management experience in talent management, learning, leadership development, or organizational development (Required)
Experience managing High-Potential Leadership Development programs (Required)
Talent reviews and succession planning experience (Required)
Workday (HRIS) experience (Required)
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
