The Program Manager, Talent and Leadership Development compiles research, performs, and analyzes company-wide processes of leadership development and performance management. This role will create a systematic approach to share and adopt Encore’s culture represented through Core Values, Focus on You, and throughout the company’s initiatives. These processes will aid in recognizing top talent, creating, and reinforcing a high performing culture that fosters employee engagement and drives business growth. This position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
