About The Position

Lead cross-functional programs and workstreams focused on transforming supply
chain and manufacturing technologies. Partner closely with Product, Engineering,
and external vendors to plan and implement critical systems. Drive integrated
planning across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear dependency management and
critical‑path oversight. Maintain strong change‑control discipline across scope, timeline, budget, and sequencing. Oversee cutover and go‑live orchestration by
coordinating integration, readiness, and cross-team alignment.

Responsible for the execution of large projects/programs across the company.
Lead and direct the work of assigned resources. Provide leadership and guidance
to cross-functional teams. Apply project management principles and frameworks to
guide and serve teams that deliver technology solutions. Partner to support
agile and product centric ways of working. Demonstrate the company’s core values
