About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager/Supervisor | Program Management | Oversight | Leadership [NIH0008007] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Maryland Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting comprehensive industrial hygiene, environmental health, and safety support services to protect researchers, patients, visitors, and staff while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional standards. It enables continuity of biomedical research operations through specialized technical staffing, hazard monitoring, training, and environmental health programs across NIH facilities. Seeking Program Manager/Supervisor candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as NIH. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Program Management | Oversight | Leadership Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Integrated Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Support Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • Extensive program leadership in industrial hygiene, safety, or environmental health.
  • Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred); 10–15 years in program management with federal/biomedical focus.
  • PMP certification desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and manages all aspects of the NIH IDIQ contract.
  • Allocates staff across multiple NIH facilities (Bethesda, Poolesville, Frederick, Baltimore, Montana).
  • Oversees performance metrics, task orders, and deliverables.
  • Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, NIH, and Maryland codes.
  • Manages budgets, cost controls, schedules, and reporting.
  • Acts as NIH liaison, communicates with senior leadership, and resolves escalated issues.
