About The Position

Amentum is seeking a Program Manager SME to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract. The Program Manager will oversee the management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the Task Order (TO), serving as the primary Government point of contact. This role involves providing overall leadership and guidance to all contractor personnel, including assigning taskings, supervising technical efforts, and managing TO performance to optimize resources and subcontractor contributions. The Program Manager will maintain responsibility for technical execution and business processes, making authoritative decisions on behalf of the contractor organization to address Government concerns and contractual matters. Additionally, the Program Manager will implement a scalable governance structure supporting a multi-tenant environment, leveraging a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as part of the Project Management Plan (PMP) to manage requirements, deliverables, costs, and project elements effectively.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.
  • 15+ years of experience with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the Task Order (TO).

  • Leverages a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) as part of the Project Management Plan (PMP).
  • Directs service contract reporting and coordinates project kick-off meetings.
  • Prepares comprehensive monthly status reports detailing project progress, resource allocations, financial tracking, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Leads the development and execution of programmatic activities.
  • Convenes technical status meetings and updates the PMP.
  • Prepares integrated master schedules to align with Government objectives.
  • Oversees the development of key financial and project reports.
  • Tracks expenditures, labor hours, cost variances, and forecasted spending.
  • Leads and directs the implementation of structured processes for travel, purchasing, and subcontractor management.
  • Oversees approval of meeting documentation, contract deliverables, and performance standards.
  • Oversees risk management planning, cybersecurity compliance, and quality management efforts.
  • Engages in proactive communication with Government stakeholders.
