Order fulfillment is both a critical customer touchpoint and one of the largest cost drivers in any digital commerce business. It’s an opportunity to exceed customer expectations through service and speed, while also offering significant potential for operational and cost efficiencies. At JWN, we currently support multiple digital fulfillment methods—including Fulfillment Center (FC), Drop Ship, Store Fulfill, BOPUS, and Marketplace—each delivering a unique customer experience and impacting our P&L differently. To fully leverage these capabilities, it’s essential for JWN to define a cohesive digital fulfillment strategy, identify areas for optimization, and execute against a clear roadmap. The newly created Sr. Program Manager – Fulfillment role will lead this effort across both banners (N.com and R.com). This role will work very closely with partners to develop and drive the fulfillment strategy, shape the strategic and operational roadmap, and deliver measurable P&L impact. It will require strong cross-functional partnership with Operations and other key teams to align on strategy and execute effectively. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, results-driven, and an excellent communicator with a strong sense of ownership. This position reports to the Director of Strategic Programs within Digital Commerce.
