The Program Manager/Senior Consultant has ServiceNow experience and expertise in one or more platform areas, usually 5+ years of experience. What you’ll do at Insight/Infocenter •ServiceNow technical consulting •Leading and supporting team of developers, leading workshops •Configuration and integrations •Work with internal personnel on projects involving multiple disciplines. •Ability to troubleshoot issues. •Understand highly technical problems and be able to suggestion solutions. •Work closely with Insight/Infocenter teammates to ensure timely delivery of product and coordination of technology resources at client locations. •Maintain a knowledge set of new technologies. •Other duties as assigned.
