Program support staff ensure the smooth delivery of energy efficiency projects incentivized through local utility programs. Program consultants coordinate with stakeholders, internal and external, while adhering to program guidelines, to help with achieving annual goals. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our utility energy efficiency program and providing great customer service on behalf of our client. Successful candidates will reside in Northwest , Arkansas for frequent travel within the territory.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in energy efficiency, construction management, HVAC, or similar.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Project Management or similar.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Driving Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • This role requires overnight travel approximately 1–3 times per month to support client outreach and engagement activities. Travel may include site visits, client meetings, and regional events.
  • Are at least 21 years of age.
  • This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with sales and data tracking software systems (Salesforce, etc.) is an asset.
  • BPI and/or CEM certification preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support a utility client commercial energy efficiency program that provides financial incentives for commercial and industrial customers.
  • Work to drive participation in energy efficiency programs, including direct outreach to commercial and industrial utility customers as well as promoting program information to local contractors and various business groups to facilitate growth of the program.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external program stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of energy efficiency projects that will allow our client to meet program energy savings goals.
  • Track and report program projects and status in an effective, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Spend time in the field performing outreach, supporting energy audits, and project coordination.
  • Perform other duties beyond the above as assigned.
