The Program Manager, Security Services reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Manager, Security Services is responsible to lead overall daily operations of a specifically assigned hospital site Security Services Department. They support and advise the Manager, Security Services for the region on administrative, operational and financial activities. The Program Manager, Security Services develops and uses data analytics as a tool to track department performance and guide decision making. This role manages security operations and systems for their assigned hospital and off-site locations. They are accountable for campus security strategies, emergency preparedness and response, oversight for their hospital Security Services team, maintaining hospital security systems, partners with outside law enforcement agencies, and collaborates with various NM leaders to cultivate a safe and secure environment for patients, staff and visitors. This role supports the long-term strategies encompassing security operations in all owned buildings.
