Requirements

5+ years in project or program management (PMI/PMBOK preferred)
Experience in retail operations or delivering tech solutions in retail environments
Strong understanding of retail systems, workflows, and operational metrics
Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
Analytical mindset with strong technical fluency
Ability to travel ~30%

Nice To Haves

Smartsheet experience and PMP/certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Lead tech-focused Retail Service Operations projects (systems upgrades, reporting enhancements, new retail workflows)
Build project plans, manage timelines, and track progress using PMO tools (Smartsheet, dashboards, automations)
Drive portfolio health with clear reporting, risk management, and executive visibility
Coach teams on project methodology and tool best practices
Implement scalable processes and enhance digital project management capabilities
Support change management and drive continuous improvement across retail operations
