The Program Manager serves as the operational leader of up to two (2) community homes supporting between one (1) and four (4) people to fulfill Mainstay's Mission: We enrich lives through person-centered support and inclusive community programs, unlocking the full potential of people with diverse abilities. The primary responsibilities of the Program Manager include ensuring the health and safety of the people supported, maintaining daily operations, and managing administrative activities necessary to meet all the federal, state, and local requirements for a group community living arrangement. The Program Manager will provide direct supervision of up to 15 Direct Support Professionals.
