About The Position

The Program Manager for Region Annuity at Ricoh is responsible for establishing and expanding strategic relationships with Dealer partners to maximize the sale of genuine parts and supplies. This role focuses on implementing a value-add approach to encourage Dealer commitment and compliance with the Sole-source program. The Program Manager will leverage Ricoh's unique go-to-market strategy and analytics to identify lost revenue opportunities and coordinate growth strategies with the market team. The position requires managing relationships with approximately 150 Dealers and overseeing $150M in annual revenue, primarily through virtual engagement with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred or equivalent business experience.
  • 8+ years of office products experience with understanding of parts and supplies usage.
  • 5+ years of technical service, service management, or service operations experience.
  • Experience in managing the Aftermarket business related to Dealer/Channel business.
  • Knowledge and experience in Channel management, preferably Office Equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Ricoh office products business knowledge preferred.
  • Understanding of Dealer ERP systems and OE consultant programs.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned Aftermarket gross profit and revenue sales targets by engaging dealers to market the GDP / 'Sole-Source' program.
  • Understand and use Ricoh analytics to identify and quantify lost Dealer aftermarket revenue.
  • Collaborate with the market team to develop Dealer-by-Dealer strategies that encourage partnership and growth.
  • Align and execute daily activities to maximize sales results and build Dealer relationships.
  • Develop a comprehensive Dealer Business Plan initiative focused on aftermarket revenue growth and Dealer compliance.
  • Implement remote engagement as the primary method of Dealer interaction, dedicating at least 75% of scheduled activity to virtual engagement.
  • Provide Dealers with expertise on Ricoh's go-to market strategy and Aftermarket pricing alternatives.
  • Educate Dealers on Ricoh's Aftermarket ordering and distribution policy to ensure maximum benefit and satisfaction.
  • Capture and share Voice of Customer feedback related to Aftermarket marketing deliverables and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with peers and Dealer leadership to improve Ricoh's Aftermarket strategy and programs.
