We're seeking a Program Manager to support initiatives that strengthen our structured interviewing and interviewer enablement programs. This role combines project management, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration - ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to complex people programs. You'll help execute programs that enable hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, People Science, People Analytics, L&D, and Engineering, you'll coordinate projects, analyze data, and support the rollout of structured interviewing tools and training.
