This role combines project management, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration - ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and operational excellence to complex people programs. You'll help execute programs that enable hiring managers and interviewers to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, People Science, People Analytics, L&D, and Engineering, you'll coordinate projects, analyze data, and support the rollout of structured interviewing tools and training. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by impact in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven program and project management experience in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of initiating, leading, and managing programs that include communication, enablement, and change management components.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze trends, interpret results, and make evidence-based recommendations; familiarity with Google sheets and advanced formulas for basic data manipulation is required. Experience with SQL, Python, or R for basic queries and reporting preferred.
  • Experience leading end-to-end program rollouts and enablement efforts, applying change management strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment and high user engagement.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights from Talent Acquisition dashboards and other sources-interpreting metrics, identifying trends, and using findings to inform priorities and improve program outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage multiple priorities, and proactively address at-risk programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable) and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., Greenhouse ATS, Gem, TalentWall, Modernloop) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on enabling our hiring managers and interviewers, helping them navigate the hiring process with clarity and confidence to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all.
  • Define program and project scope and deliverables in alignment with Talent Acquisition and company-level goals, facilitating strong cross-functional collaboration with teams such as People Science, People Analytics, L&D, and Engineering.
  • Extract, organize, and analyze data--leveraging tools such as Google Sheets and advanced formulas and functions to identify trends, create reports, and support decision-making.
  • Track key metrics and project progress, providing timely status updates on critical efforts.
  • Develop and execute project plans and tasks to ensure a timely, high-quality outcome.
  • Contribute to the refinement of processes for project management, communication, and risk identification to enhance team efficiency.
