The Program Manager, Program Office is a strategic individual contributor responsible for leading the programs and projects that align with the company's digital transformation and customer experience goals. This role requires an innovative and self-motivated professional adept at managing ambiguity and independently delivering impactful results. They expertly apply program and project management methodologies to design solutions, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. The Principal, Program Manager builds and fosters cross-functional relationships across Product, Technology, Marketing, Consumer and back-office teams to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes. Exceptional attention to detail and extensive wireless/technology background is critical to success. This role is available at our Bellevue, WA, Frisco, TX and Overland Park, KS Headquarters. Hybrid work schedules of three days in office!
