About The Position

The Program Manager will oversee multiple, related projects to ensure successful program delivery from inception to completion. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage program risks and budgets, and provide clear direction to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, foster collaboration, and drive accountability across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project and program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams (Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, or equivalent roles).
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or MBA.
• PMP, PgMP, or MSP certification.
• Experience working in a PMO environment with cross-functional or enterprise-level programs.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams and ensure delivery of overall program goals and benefits.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources for maximum productivity and return on investment.
• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives aligned with FairSquare's organizational objectives.
• Maintain standards of satisfaction, quality, and efficiency across all projects within the program.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, deliverables, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple project teams to ensure program goals are achieved on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress, resolve inter-project dependencies, and mitigate program-level risks.
• Align projects to strategic business priorities and report progress to PMO leadership and stakeholders.
• Directly manage Business Analysts and Delivery Managers, fostering professional development and high performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all program teams.
• Collaborate with project managers and sponsors to define scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships across projects.
• Establish clear success criteria and ensure delivery outcomes meet or exceed quality standards.
• Implement and uphold PMO methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives and business sponsors.
• Deliver clear, concise program updates, performance reports, and risk assessments.
