About The Position
We are seeking a Program Manager at the IC3 level to help run and execute key initiatives within Etsy's People & Workplace organization. This role focuses on driving complex people-related projects forward with guidance and support from senior leaders. You will be on a team responsible for implementing programs that enhance the employee experience and align with strategic organizational goals. You will collaborate with multiple teams, lead project timelines, and ensure that initiatives are delivered successfully. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director, People Strategy, Programs & Communications.
