The Program Manager, Partnerships and Sustainability will lead efforts to strengthen our partners by leading a dedicated project management team to consult with community-based organizations and bring forward NM expertise to expand capabilities and implement solutions. Reporting to the Director, the Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a team to consult with community-based organizations to support an intake and prioritization process for projects. Support and facilitates cross collaboration with CHI disciplines that support community-based organization projects. Leads, facilitates and participates in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Designs, teaches, and coaches others in delivering skills related to DMAIC, Lean, change management and project management skills. Provides coaching to community-based organizations, as the CHI works together with them on projects. Advocates for appropriate maintenance of project management process improvement approaches and keeps current with external best practices. Documents and reinforces key activities that demonstrate project support provided to community-based organizations. Leverage NM expertise (clinical, quality, financial, technical) when necessary to support projects with community-based organizations. Proficiency in data & reporting skills associated with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards), Power BI, status dashboards and scorecards
