As Program Manager, Partner Experience, you’ll turn strategy into scalable, high‑impact programs that improve partner satisfaction, drive adoption, and strengthen long‑term relationships. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally across Partner Experience, Product, Marketplace, Sales, and Operations, leading complex initiatives without formal authority — and winning trust through clarity, momentum, and results. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, partner experience, operations, or a related field
  • Proven success delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives
  • A strong partner‑ or customer‑centric mindset
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
  • A data‑informed approach to decision‑making
  • Clear, confident communication — written and verbal
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, channel, or partner‑led organizations (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end partner experience programs — from concept through execution and optimization
  • Translate partner feedback, insights, and data into tangible improvements
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional leaders to align priorities and outcomes
  • Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting that show real impact
  • Identify operational gaps and design scalable, repeatable solutions
  • Drive alignment, accountability, and progress across multiple stakeholders
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with leaders and partner‑facing teams
