About The Position

Trissential is seeking a seasoned Program Manager (Level 3) to join our client’s team and provide leadership across a portfolio of operations‑focused projects supporting critical infrastructure and enterprise operations. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects or programs
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at senior levels
  • Success working in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in regulated, safety‑critical, or asset‑intensive environments
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Background in utilities, energy, manufacturing, transportation, telecom, or industrial services
  • Experience managing programs with project budgets from $500K to $15M+
  • Familiarity with project management tools:– ServiceNow (SPM)– Jira– Microsoft Project– PMP or similar certification
  • PMP or comparable certifications are a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for 5–8 concurrent projects
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for delivery risks, schedule challenges, and scope changes
  • Ensure consistent standards, cadence, and delivery quality across project managers
  • Step in with temporary project management coverage to maintain project continuity
  • Participate in steering committees with senior leaders
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism
  • Lead conversations around scope control, prioritization, and delivery constraints
  • Advocate for project teams while ensuring enterprise alignment
  • Review project forecasts, budgets, and schedules
  • Ensure accurate status reporting and adherence to governance
  • Drive consistency in risk, issue, and escalation management
  • Support vendor management, including performance and invoicing escalations
  • Build strong relationships across operations, technology, and business units
  • Participate in project ceremonies, workshops, and design sessions
  • Support occasional onsite activities such as training observations and workshops

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
