About The Position

KBR is seeking a Program Manager to provide IT infrastructure O&M sustainment for the US Coast Guard (USCG). The position is contingent upon contract award and is onsite, requiring candidates to be within commuting distance to the USCG facility in Alexandria, Virginia. The Program Manager will be responsible for stabilizing, securing, and modernizing the USCG's IT infrastructure, improving integration of all USCG C5I systems, and creating a collaborative team to enable shared risk. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for the USCG and provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the program, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the program, including technical issues and business processes.

Requirements

• BS degree in relevant discipline.
• 15 to 18 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT infrastructure O&M sustainment.
• Stabilize, secure, and modernize the USCG's IT infrastructure.
• Improve integration of all USCG C5I systems.
• Create a collaborative team to enable shared risk.
• Ensure the existing IT infrastructure is maintained and operates effectively.
• Improve governance of IT assets, configuration, and change management.
• Support the USCG transition to a mature IT Managed Services environment.
• Create a collaborative public/private partnership for risk sharing.
