Accountable for the overall administration and organization of Rehabilitation Services (Physical Therapy Department, Occupational Therapy Department, Speech Pathology Department) under the general direction of the Management Consultant. Plans and directs the clinical and business aspects of all Rehab programs offered by the service including financial management, marketing, human resources, productivity. Responsible for the successful integration of the hospital quality, medical quality, and continuous quality improvement programs. Accountable for customer/patient satisfaction for the service lines. Provides liaison and administrative support. Designs services to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served. Embodies and demonstrates the CFMC values in the working environment.
