Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups. Program Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and oversight of behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will ensure programs are clinically efficient and fiscally responsible. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff under direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social service field (Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy) required.
  • Fully Licensed - LPC, LCSW, LMFT, required,
  • At least one (1) year of management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • At least one (1) year of providing behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the clinical treatment services for CORE services outpatient center.
  • Supervises treatment staff the delivery of clinic services.
  • Reviews development of treatment plans, clinical recommendations, and medication management services
  • Conducts staff evaluations.
  • Responsible for developing and monitoring tracking of referrals and caseload assignments.
  • Maintains procedures for confidentiality, release of criminal history information, and program adherence to and compliance with established Federal, State, and local standards and guidelines.
  • Assesses program needs and recommends changes to enhance and increase effectiveness.
