About the position

The New Hire Experience Program Manager will oversee and enhance the global onboarding process for new hires at Gartner, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience from the offer stage through onboarding. This role involves managing program deliverables, coordinating with various teams, and utilizing metrics to improve the new hire experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all existing enterprise-wide global New Hire Experience program deliverables.
  • Provide day-to-day product/program management, coordinating competing priorities and milestones.
  • Create and maintain project management collateral such as project plans and operational proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships with HR, IT, and Finance teams.
  • Agile management of priorities, balancing existing projects and proposing new enhancements.
  • Monitor new hire experience performance and propose improvements based on metrics.
  • Manage ongoing enhancements and strategize outcomes of the new hire survey.
  • Research and recommend best practices to drive efficiencies across people, processes, and technology.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that balances immediate priorities with future goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project/program management.
  • Large-scale global program management experience at a large organization (> 10,000 employees).
  • Experience with HR administration and knowledge of various HR functions.
  • Expertise in Workday HCM preferred.
  • Consulting experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in PPT, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Proven collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
