About The Position

Zillow’s New Construction business is building the largest and most vibrant platform for New Construction builders and home shoppers. The Sales Operations & Program Management team drives cross-functional alignment and execution across the business. As champions of collaboration and operational excellence, we lead large-scale product and program launches, guide complex workstreams, and bring teams together to plan thoughtfully, execute efficiently, and deliver results that drive the business forward. This team thrives at the intersection of strategy, product, and sales — translating vision into action, ensuring readiness across the organization, and championing clarity and accountability in every initiative. With a strong culture of collaboration, adaptability, and operational rigor, we play a pivotal role in bringing innovation to market and driving continued success in Zillow’s New Construction space. We’re looking for a Program Manager who thrives on bringing structure to ambiguity, connecting people and ideas, and turning strategy into execution. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives in a technology or digital advertising environment.
  • Strong track record as a Program Manager.
  • Ability to lead through change with confidence and empathy.
  • Understanding of the needs of sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights.
  • Commitment to operational excellence and delivering high-quality work.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the connector who brings clarity and alignment to complex product and program initiatives, guiding them from concept to launch and driving meaningful, measurable impact across teams.
  • Own and maintain core program documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk and dependency trackers, and communication frameworks.
  • Translate new product or process updates into actionable steps for the sales organization — designing how the frontline engages and supports each offering.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to ensure readiness, including leading trainings, developing enablement materials, and authoring SOPs or process documentation.
  • Anticipate and adapt to changing information or scope, proactively updating plans and communicating adjustments across teams.
  • Build deep expertise in your assigned programs, serving as the central point of contact for updates, questions, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor post-launch outcomes to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
