Direct and oversee end-to-end program delivery for networking and fiber initiatives. Manage service provider networks supporting 100+ locations and a network supporting 10,000+ individuals, ensuring high availability and compliance. Develop program plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Implement risk management strategies and maintain executive-level reporting on KPIs and financials. Facilitating State agency and Master Contractor discussions / meetings Identifying critical paths, tasks, dates, testing, and acceptance criteria Ensuring the application of State System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards. Providing solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., reduce costs while maintaining or improving performance levels)
