The IRC is seeking a Program Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation for Switchboard. Switchboard is a one-stop resource hub for refugee service providers in the United States. Switchboard aims to empower and equip service providers with the tools they need to facilitate successful and sustainable integration for newcomers in their new communities. Switchboard is implemented by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and includes Settle In, which empowers newcomers to navigate life in the U.S. with confidence by providing timely, accurate, and culturally relevant information in multiple languages. The Program Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation will be responsible for maintaining the quality of internal data tracking to monitor project progress, supporting data collection efforts to identify needs and gather feedback, and communicating findings to identify areas of improvement. This position will support M&E activities for projects with varying scopes, priorities, and timelines. This is a grant-funded position tied to FY26 timelines, with the possibility of extension based on funding availability. This staff person may be located anywhere in the United States.
