About The Position

The MPOps Program Manager will be responsible for facilitation of process for users of Space & Assortment tools to various users. We seek to simplify the user experience for space & assortment stakeholders through interconnectivity of people, process, and tool. This role serves as a critical liaison between merchandising operations teams and the technical systems that enable efficient space planning and assortment management. The Program Manager will drive process standardization, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and act as the business administrator for our partnering technology. You will be responsible for program ownership on clearly defined projects with mentor oversight. The role requires coordination with Category Merchants, Inventory Planning, Merch Execution, Space Planning, and Capabilities teams to optimize workflows, resolve operational challenges, and enhance the overall user experience. A successful candidate in this role will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actional solutions that drive operational excellence across the merchandise presentation lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate transformation and reconciliation of data by aligned company task list cadence
  • Align with stakeholders on improvements to internal and cross-collaborative processes
  • Provide clear program updates through regular written and verbal mechanisms
  • Partner with end-users across Category Merchants, Tech, Product, and Production teams
