As the Program Manager, Marketing, you will manage the end-to-end execution of Fragrance marketing programs, from strategic planning phases through creative execution and implementation. This role reports to the Senior Program Manager and plays a crucial part in our marketing success.

  • Drive end-to-end omni-channel marketing programs across all online and offline channels (in-store, print, direct mail, digital, video, and social media).
  • Create and publish comprehensive schedules and set interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touchpoints.
  • Clearly communicate requirements, deliverables, and timelines throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Brand marketing, Creative, Visual merchandising/production, channel/vehicle partners, merchandising, and store design.
  • Partner upstream during strategic development with marketing counterparts to ensure cross-functional milestones and timelines are met.
  • Ensure timely execution of all project assets to meet launch dates and complete hindsight reviews post campaign launches.
  • Open jobs and build jobs folders with project information and maintain final program archives.
  • Prepare agenda for planning and kick-off meetings.
  • Track schedules and update reports and communicate program status to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure product delivery for photography aligns with schedules.
  • Identify photo shoot needs across all channels and partner with creative teams.
  • Route partners and ensure clear communication is timely and actionable.
  • Facilitate handoff of all assets to delivery management/production.
  • Identify program risks early and provide mitigation strategies; monitor and advocate for process improvements to increase efficiency; demonstrate ownership and investment in the work with a clear understanding of business goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of budget and co-op requirements and track budget and facilitate conversations between creative and production when costs impact design or budget.
  • Mentor and work collaboratively with team to establish clear goals and development.
  • 4-6 years Project/account management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design (or equivalent experience).
