Cottonmouth was developed using a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) that is Ground Vehicle Operating System (GVOS) based employing the Tactical Assault Kit Extended (TAK-X) framework for easy capability integration. This modern vehicle platform has superior mobility capabilities to tackle treacherous off-road terrain and waterways while keeping Marines safe thanks to its advanced survivability suite and Human System Interface (HSI) focus. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join the Crewed Land Systems team as Program Manager. This role holds responsibilities for overseeing and managing the successful execution of the Advanced Reconnaissance Vehicle (ARV) Pre-Production Development Program ensuring performance to scope, budget, and schedule requirements for assigned scope. This position directs all manufacturing-related phases of design and development of the ARV from inception to completion, including achievement of the transition to production. This role will establish readiness of the entire manufacturing value chain including internal and external operations for the required vehicles, blast hulls and system integration labs. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver program performance and results.
