The Program Manager, Leadership Development is a high-impact role responsible for the planning, design, execution, and measured success of enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives. This role is essential for fueling our results-focused, high-performing culture by ensuring leaders at all levels possess the capabilities needed to achieve ambitious business goals by adopting and consistently demonstrating the mindset and behaviors of our JM Family Way Leadership Model. This role will leverage data, strategic vendor partnerships, and innovative learning science to manage a variety of programs that drive measurable impact in talent effectiveness and organizational performance. This role partners with other members of the Talent Management team, HR colleagues and business leaders.
