About The Position

ChristianaCare is seeking a Program Manager – Kidney Transplant Services to provide operational, people‑leadership, and programmatic oversight across pre‑, peri‑, and post‑transplant services. This role serves as the site‑level operational leader for the Kidney Transplant Program, partnering closely with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, regulatory readiness, and sustainable program growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Three years’ experience in healthcare operations, program administration, or clinic leadership required.
  • Prior people-management experience required.
  • Computer experience required.
  • Experience with performance improvement, data‑driven operations, or regulated clinical programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager provides operational and people leadership for the Kidney Transplant Program across pre‑, peri‑, and post‑transplant services.
  • This role oversees daily clinic operations, staffing, budgeting, and caregiver performance while ensuring efficient, high‑quality workflows and ongoing regulatory readiness.
  • The Program Manager partners closely with clinical, finance, quality, and analytics teams to drive program growth, performance improvement, and enhanced patient access and experience, while building strong internal and external relationships that support the success of the transplant program.
