About The Position
We are seeking a Program Manager IV to support a new program leveraging a BPO to execute outbound sales calls and activities on behalf of QuickBooks Capital. This new initiative seeks to drive top of funnel performance, and this critical role will own and drive our external sales program end-to-end. This role will oversee agent capacity planning, performance management, incentive structures, and optimization strategies, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams, including legal, compliance, marketing, and product.
