The Program Manager IV, Strategy Execution role within TPMG People Strategy & Operations department, will lead transformative initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness, mitigate risk, and achieve measurable outcomes. We are seeking candidates with a strong HR background, ensuring solutions are tailored to workforce needs and organizational priorities. By championing proactive solutions and fostering collaboration within a matrixed environment, this role will support the management of team initiatives, establish streamlined Standard Operating Procedures, and adopt industry-standardized tools and methodologies that elevate forecasting, automation, and fiduciary stewardship. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to regional and medical center leadership, providing data-driven insights and change management execution tools and support. In this role, you will amplify the effectiveness of TPMG People Strategy and play an integral part in scaling efforts to drive business value and achieve overarching organizational goals.
