As Program Manager IV, you will oversee the implementation and maintenance of your assigned area, working diligently to ensure efficiency and alignment with goal initiatives. You will plan, develop and maintain various systems and procedures while serving as a liaison between your department and outside communities. This position offers an excellent way to utilize your multitasking, financial, critical-thinking and forward-thinking skills to support a dedicated and innovative team of fellow caregivers. This is a hybrid role. A caregiver in this position works 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and six years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, manage and implement operational systems and activities.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of Cleveland Clinic and the outside community.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other caregivers.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
