About The Position

Join our team as a Program Manager, a role designed to strengthen our commitment to Dedication, Dignity, Respect, and Choice in every aspect of service delivery. The Program Manager for Independent Living provides leadership and oversight of services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who live independently in their chosen communities. This role ensures services are person-centered, empowering, and aligned with each individual's goals, promoting self-determination, independence, and meaningful community engagement. The Program Manager leads Independent Living (PCA) services using a "do with, not for" approach, focusing on skill-building, autonomy, and quality-of-life outcomes. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching Direct Support Professionals, overseeing program quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and billing, and collaborating with individuals supported, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The role also involves managing daily operations, responding to incidents and crises, participating in on-call rotation, and completing regular community and site visits. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related human services field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with IDD
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered practices and HCBS requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Reliable transportation and ability to meet travel requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based documentation systems
  • Must meet background check and required training standards
