About The Position

The Program Manager provides leadership, coordination, and execution for the Inclusive Governance Programs portfolio at the Leavey Executive Center (LEC). This role manages program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational processes to ensure world-class programming advances the mission of the Inclusive Governance portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2 - 4 years of program management, higher education, or executive education experience required.
  • Strong understanding of program management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level organizational skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service orientation with ability to work across diverse, multicultural environments.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office Suite, databases, and online communication tools; familiarity with CRM systems and event platforms preferred.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment and initiative within established guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of Inclusive Governance programs, events, and projects.
  • Oversee logistics: scheduling, contracting, faculty/speaker coordination, materials, technology, and media.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and program financials within established guidelines.
  • Maintain program databases, participant records, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Serve as primary contact for program participants, partners, and sponsors.
  • Develop strong relationships with faculty, speakers, alumni, and corporate/community partners.
  • Support client and stakeholder communications, including program announcements, marketing, and reporting.
  • Establish and track program metrics; prepare reports on program outcomes and participant satisfaction.
  • Document and refine standard operating procedures for program delivery.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance participant experience and program impact.
  • Supervise and mentor student interns and support staff on program tasks.
  • Partner with LEC colleagues on shared initiatives and decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and growth of Inclusive Governance programs.
  • Manage additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
