Candidate must be located in the state of Oregon and be in reasonable proximity to either of the following offices for meetings: 13221 SW 68th Pkwy #300, Tigard, OR 97223 400 International Way #150, Springfield, OR 97408 Position Purpose: With the Trillium Community Health Plan Medicaid team, you will promote increased program efficiency, service levels, and value by capturing and monitoring performance, and then identifying opportunities for improvement and strategies to realize those opportunities. Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives. Supports governance committees and external leadership meetings by developing agendas and materials and translating direction into coordinated program actions. Timely delivery of materials for governance committee meetings; timely completion of follow ups after meetings. Timely launch of initiatives stemming from governance; maintain and update initiative dashboards with progress, risks, mitigation strategies. Regular reporting of KPIs for each initiative. Facilitate collaborative meetings and workgroups while meeting a minimum attendance rate from required participants. Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities, and ensure organizational prioritization and resource alignment. Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure. Utilize corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects. Maintain detailed project documentation as needed including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans. Provide leadership and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations. Lead cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives. Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Medicaid regulations, waiver programs, health equity frameworks.
  • Experience with governance committee structures and protocols, agenda development and tracking deliverables.
  • Ability to plan strategically utilizing governance committees to help support Market priorities.
  • Demonstrates strong board acumen and comfort operating in formal governance environments.
  • Skilled in formatting and tailoring materials for internal and external audiences to facilitate understanding, drive engagement, and support change management.
  • Strong facilitation and collaborator engagement skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, project planning and performance tracking.
  • Ability to assess data & trends to inform decisions, identify gaps/risks/opportunities, experience with program evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
