As a Program Manager III (Mandates) , you will provide program management services for business units and/or company-wide initiative(s) with accountability for medium to large-scale matrixed projects of moderate or medium complexity. Project durations will vary but could last 1-18 months, and you may manage multiple projects at a time with little to no supervision. You will be responsible for detailed planning through implementation, applying standard project management methodologies to manage scope, budget, and timing. You may also participate in the visioning process, developing budget and scope as assigned. You will serve as the IT lead on large-scale projects, and may oversee the work of project support associates, providing mentoring support and team leadership of the project team. This is a hybrid role. This role can be located on either our campus in Mountlake Terrace or in Spokane, Washington.
