About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact, large-scale infrastructure programs in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. The Program Manager III, Engineering will drive end-to-end execution of critical initiatives, including cloud migrations, platform modernization, and reliability improvements, while coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations. The position demands strong strategic thinking, executive communication, and the ability to translate technical priorities into actionable roadmaps. You will manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery while fostering collaboration and alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams. This role combines technical depth with leadership, providing high visibility and influence over infrastructure strategy and execution. Hybrid work flexibility is offered, with several days on-site each week.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or cloud environments
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering practices, and modern platform architectures
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-team programs with measurable business impact
  • Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and facilitation
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide in collaborative, consensus-driven settings

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, multi-team infrastructure programs, translating business and engineering priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes
  • Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and critical issues to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, SRE, and leadership teams to align on objectives, deliverables, and priorities
  • Facilitate cross-functional execution, including status tracking, escalation management, and operational readiness
  • Maintain quality documentation, change management processes, and project reporting for stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure project execution and team collaboration across geographies
