  • Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to secure resources and resolve issues.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
  • Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience.
  • Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.
  • Experience developing volunteer programs strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with community-based organizations strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced SharePoint skills strongly preferred.
