About The Position

The position supports NSWCPD Code 541 which is the Program lead and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for the fielding and technical support of navigation data systems including, but not limited to NCDS, NDDS, SABDS and ECDIS-N/NECDIS on US Navy ships. The position will support required technical refresh of hardware and software, along with other technical advancements to these systems.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years program/project management experience to include contract/task order management, budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, planning, and estimating.
• Experience managing Government contracts and/or task orders of a similar nature, facilitating technical and project teams for ship system development, delivery, and maintenance/modernization.
• Five (5) years of experience in management of software and/or engineering projects for the maintenance, testing, product improvement, and configuration control of Navigation Systems and H&ME-monitoring-system-related equipment.
• Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center and Fleet organizations is desired.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• A secret security clearance.
