About The Position

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Manager for the Network Centric Collaborative Targeting (NCCT) program. NCCT is the Air Force program of record for developing core technologies that enable horizontal and vertical integration of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) sensor systems. NCCT delivers a multi-intelligence (multi-INT) sensor network that provides tactical collaborative multi-INT geolocation capabilities for high-value targets. NCCT software supports Machine-to-Machine (M2M) cross-cueing and Internet Protocol (IP) connectivity to coordinate collection activities across the network. Its correlation and fusion software produce a single composite track of geolocation and identification in near real-time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in related discipline
  • Minimum of 10+ years’ program/project management experience
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required
  • Understanding of cloud-based software architecture and software modernization initiatives
  • Proficiency in program planning tools, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of Air Force acquisition processes, operational requirements, and compliance with NDAA and DoD policies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Systems Engineering
  • Experience managing software and systems integration projects in multi-INT or network-centric environments
  • Familiarity with Machine-to-Machine (M2M) cross-cueing, IP connectivity, and data fusion algorithms
  • Understanding of kinetic and non-kinetic integration in ISR operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning, execution, and delivery for NCCT core technologies
  • Manage schedule, budget, and resources for software development, system modernization, and cloud transition efforts
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software engineers, systems engineers, and operations planners, to integrate multi-INT ISR sensor systems
  • Oversee development of correlation, fusion, and network management software, ensuring compliance with multi-level security standards and operational requirements
