About The Position

As our client expands into new markets, we need to track, manage and prepare for large events (concerts, protests, sporting events, etc) that are in territory in order to mitigate risk and improve rider experience Create detailed plans for large events in client markets Manage client operational process for supporting large events across multiple markets

• Project Management skills (~3 years)

Responsibilities

• Create weekly plans for upcoming events in client markets
• Communicate detailed plans to a variety of stakeholders
• Identify highly attended, recurring and/or disruptive large events in client markets; seeking trends and patterns of previous events
• Collaborate across teams to develop mitigation strategies for events
• Curate pickup and dropoff experience for large venues
