Program Manager II, Spares Readiness, Data Center Operations

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. At Google, we own and operate the most advanced fleet of data centers and core technical infrastructure to power services and features used by billions of people around the world. Data Centers Central Operations is responsible for keeping these sites operating efficiently and safely. Within the Data Center Central Operations function, our Spares Readiness team will be accountable for improvement/sustainment programs that support our mission of assuring that data centers have their spare parts available to them when they need them. This role and peer roles on this team are critical to keeping our data centers running worldwide. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
