Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planinng (ERP) Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
Experience with an end-to-end supply chain.

Nice To Haves

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with Contract Manufacturing.
Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
Experience with data centers or AI/ML hardware manufacturing.
Familiarity with inventory management, procurement processes, and financial reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Implement and sustain supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites in support of business operations focusing on procurement, logistics, reverse supply chain etc.
Develop and deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap focusing on Contract Manufacturers. Execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
Develop and articulate tactical plans and roadmap for projects (e.g., project plans, milestones, timelines, etc.), and keep team processes running smoothly.
Collaborate closely with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes, platforms and drive the business case for transformation. Identify, document and manage business requirements pipelines.
Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams. Develop and review integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans.
