As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. The Support Programs team sits within the Google Cloud Support organization. Our mission is to build a next generation support experience: leveraging AI to offer our customers the most useful help content tailored to their specific issue so they can resolve it themselves; and connect them seamlessly to the support channel of their choice if they still need help. We are looking for a Program Manager with a passion for helping our customers find the help they need. In this role, you will use your knowledge of data analysis, AI, and project management to lead data driven, multi-disciplinary projects end to end. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, User Experience (UX) and data scientists to identify opportunities to improve our product and service offerings, manage those projects throughout their entire lifecycle and ultimately drive the strategy of our product.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.
