About The Position

The Program Manager II (PM II) at Hillside Children's Center is responsible for leading and managing program operations, ensuring the delivery of quality direct services to clients and families in community-based programs. This role involves overseeing collaborative programs with Monroe #1 BOCES, managing clinical teams that support youth with mental health and IDD needs, and ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work or other human service discipline
• 7+ years of experience in a related field
• Valid unrestricted NYS driver's license and meet agency driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of comprehensive family-driven services within communities.
• Develop and implement systems of accountability for both teams and individuals.
• Maintain positive funder and regulatory relationships through effective communication.
• Handle and follow up on internal and external emergency situations.
• Participate actively in agency, team, and community meetings as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and update all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate and align Hillside's mission, vision, values, goals, and strategies with everyday work.
• Administer Human Resource functions for assigned staff, including hiring, termination, and performance evaluation.
• Delegate tasks according to staff strengths and interests.
• Provide coaching, training, and opportunities for staff growth.
• Treat staff fairly and consistently, sharing accountability when delegating.
