This position oversees hiring and onboarding of surveyor staff, monitors workforce changes, and ensures smooth operations across the Section. Beyond recruitment, you’ll actively contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives, participate in CMS and AHFSA meetings, and stay current with federal requirements. You’ll also manage licensure activities, including nursing home rule actions, license renewals, and compliance oversight. As a leader, you’ll supervise two administrative specialists and collaborate with management during emergencies, respond to inquiries from key stakeholders, and assist with training and audits.
