About The Position
Internal Transfer Opportunity: Program Manager I TSS Internal job opportunities are only for TSS employees, please do not forward this email to other County departments We are currently recruiting for one full‐time Program Manager I within Technology Services and Solutions, Office of the CIO. The Program Manager I within the Office of the CIO will play a key role in advancing community engagement, transparency, and innovation. This position will lead the Digital Equity Initiative, a high-visibility program focused on closing technology access gaps, and ensuring equitable digital resources, while driving strategic alignment, cross-functional coordination, and measurable outcomes. The role will also support the development and refinement of IT policies that strengthen governance and align with departmental and Countywide objectives. This role is critical to strengthening operational effectiveness and expanding programs that promote equity and sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Leading the Digital Equity Initiative to advance digital inclusion.
- Supporting policy development aligned with departmental and County goals.
- Coordinating a program to repurpose surplus technology for underserved communities.
