About The Position

To manage, influence, and lead development direction and optimal performance of business unit program initiatives. Develop, implement, evaluate, and lead users to comply with best practices to ensure timely and effective channel/program delivery and administration. To manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of small, multiple programs, or portions of a larger program that affect and involve business unit activities. Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, and testing, implementation, and transition phases. Support program deliverables and solutions on schedule and within scope and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in managing multiple initiatives and meeting changing requirements.
  • Experience in collaborating across organizational teams.
  • Effective project management skills including managing timelines and resources.
  • Effective planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills to summarize information and identify key elements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiar with naming convention and standards for organization.
  • Experience working with content and catalog management.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Navy Federal's functions and operations.
  • Knowledge of systems and software used at Navy Federal.
  • Working knowledge of state and Federal laws and industry regulations.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS360 suite of programs including SharePoint Lists and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of small, multiple programs.
  • Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through various phases.
  • Support program deliverables and solutions on schedule and within scope and budget.
  • Review program related data using performance measurements and indicators.
  • Consult with leadership and business partners to define KPIs and goals.
  • Analyze overall program effectiveness and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Identify, scope, document, coordinate, and implement business solution requirements.
  • Manage program budgets including risk and impact of changes.
  • Identify and minimize risks or constraints impacting program deliverables.
  • Maintain/archive program documentation.
  • Prioritize and delegate assignments including project analysis and implementation.
  • Develop action plans for conducting internal analyses and identifying root causes.
  • Serve on teams and task groups for programs or initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to help team members and stakeholders.
